Location: Ferry from Orcas Island to Anacortes, WA
Great breakfast, one of the best ever--french toast, but not like usual french toast--it was really light and poofy and was covered in berry sauce and fresh blueberries. So good.
Then we checked out and went for a walk around the T.I. owners' 80-acre property. Tranquil. We borrowed boots from them because it was muddy. We walked by a pond where some ducks flew away from us, then up by some chickens, with one really proud chicken mincing about. Then into the orchard where the sheep were stationed. We walked slowly up to them, after they initially ran away when we approached. One looked kind of like Annie, and she kept staring at us. Another one looked like a stormtrooper, and another had these thick teased bangs that were really pathetic. Two started butting heads for some reason. We got some pictures.
Then we tried to drive over to Olga but it was a bit weird.
So we turned around and went to Crow Valley Pottery, where we both used an outhouse--but a very clean outhouse. Then to the ferry.
